Abiko City Museum of Birds is the only museum related to bird studies and exhibition in Japan under the theme "Harmony among Birds and People!". Visitors can see the specimen of Nipponia Nippon, the eggs of the world’s largest extinct "elephant bird", a fossil of feather 5 million years old, and the must-not-miss fossil replica of Archaeopteryx.
