Misasa Onsen Hot Spring

Misasa Onsen is a well known hot spring resort in the Sanin Region (northern part of the Chugoku Region), and is not only a popular place for sightseeing but also for medical and therapeutic purposes. The hot spring water of Misasa Onsen is said to have a good effect for your health and there are several places where you can drink the hot spring water in the resort. By walking through the small and large Japanese inns lined up along the Mitoku-gawa River, you can experience the noted elegance of the old Onsen town.
