Mitake Art Museum is a place where you can appreciate modern sculptures, paintings, and ceramics from the Meiji Era (1868 - 1912) to the Showa Era (1926 - 1989). The museum exhibits sculptures created by Rodin, Aristide Maillol, Kotaro Takamura, and Ogiwara Morie (Rokuzan), as well as other art works created by the Japanese leading artists and the artists associated with the Tama area.
