Narukawa Art Museum is a unique museum which only displays modern Japanese-style paintings. The museum holds more than 4,000 items including the works of Ikuo Hirayama, Matazo Kayama, and Kyujin Yamamoto, and about 100 of which are exhibited. The exhibitions are replaced every three months. The museum also has a tea lounge and an observation room where visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Ashi-no-ko and Mt. Fuji.
