Otaru Canal Plaza (Former Otaru Warehouse)

Information

Otaru Canal Plaza is a renovated historic Former Otaru Warehouse built in 1893 that now houses souvenir shops, a tourist information center, and coffee shops. The warehouse building with brick walls and a tiled roof features a mixture of Japanese and Western style. It is a good place for taking a rest when walking around the Otaru Canal. Brochures on Otaru and Shiribeshi area can also be found here.
