Yufugawa-keikoku Valley

Information
Yufugawa-keikoku Valley stretches over 12 kilometers between Yufu and Beppu. It was created by erosion of the Yufu-gawa River over the years. The enchanting 15 to 60 meters deep valley offers magical scenery for visitors to enjoy, and especially the view from a suspension bridge over the stream in Saruwatari is magnificent. Because of its beauty, the valley is called "Oriental Tyrol".
