Aizu Sake Historical Museum demonstrates the process of sake brewing using a model.
The making of shochu, a Japanese distilled beverage, can also be seen.
You can also enjoy free Sake tasting here.
Another destination is the Aizu Meihokan, a museum of fine art works and crafts produced in the region during the Edo (1603 - 1868) and Meiji (1868 - 1912) Periods.
