Aomori City Foresty Museum

Travel Guide - Aomori City Foresty Museum

Aomori City Foresty Museum was built in 1908 and originally housed the Aomori Foresty Office Building.
The building was built mainly of Aomori cypress with Renaissance-style wooden architecture.
It is now used as a museum, and you will find exhibitions on forestry within Aomori on the first floor; then exhibits on skiing and Aomori cypress on the second, as well as a wood-working experience corner.
