Information

ASPAM is a tourist facility located in the 76 meters tall unique-shaped building which symbolizes "A", the initial letter of "Aomori".

It is filled with various tourist attractions, such as an observatory with a view of the Mutsu Bay, a panorama film theater where you can watch 360 degree panorama films, restaurants, and an information center.
The building also houses one of the largest souvenir shops floor in Aomori prefecture.

  • 9:00 - 22:00
  • Shops: 9:00 - 19:00 (in summer), 9:00 - 18:00 (in winter)

Closed

  • 4th Monday - Wednesday of each month

  • 8 minutes walk from Aomori Station on the JR lines or Aoimori Railway Line
