Travel Guide - EDO WONDERLAND (Nikko Edo-Mura)


EDO WONDERLAND (Nikko Edo-Mura) is a theme park which features distinctive recreation of life in a town in the Edo Period (1603 - 1868).
After entering through a Sekisho checkpoint gate, you can walk around town streets, shops and restaurants, training halls, Samurai residences, and more.
Along the way you will meet Edo townspeople, Samurai and Daimyo feudal lord, princesses, and Ninja.
You can also become a part of them by wearing rental costumes.

Access / Public Transport

  • 22 minutes from Kinugawa Onsen Station on the Tobu Railway by the bus bound for Nikko Edo Mura. Get off at Edo Wonderland Nikko Edo Mura Bus stop.
