Information

The building, completed in 1997, features its unique architecture designed by the world-known Japanese architect Kenzo Tange.
Many areas such as the globe-shaped observatory "Hachi-Tama", theater mall, Kikkake Street (TV studios), and restaurants are open to the public.
Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo from the observatory and get a behind the scenes look at the making of TV programs on the fifth floor promenade.

Opening Hours

  • Observatory: 10:00 – 18:00 *admission until 30 minutes before closing

Closed

  • Mondays (or the following day when it falls on a national holiday)

Access / Public Transport

  • 3 minutes walk from Daiba Station on the Yurikamome Line (U07)
  • 5 minutes walk from Tokyo Teleport Station on the Rinkai Line
