Ken Tsuneda Dozou of Atelier Museum

Travel Guide - Ken Tsuneda Dozou of Atelier Museum

Ken Tsuneta was born in Aomori and spent his whole life as a "farmer artist", an apple farmer and painter.
The 100-year-old Dozou storehouse standing in an apple field, which he used as his home and art studio, has been preserved and exhibited just as it was when he lived there.
The museum built next to the storehouse keeps about 300 of his art works and 30 of them are always displayed.
The exhibition changes every month.
