Information

The European-style building is the former Otaru branch of Mitsubishi Bank, built in 1922.
It is now used as Otaru Canal Terminal, a commercial facility with a bus terminal.

It houses Amato (a confectionery store proud of its uniqueness to Otaru), Kuwataya (famous for its Manju and Panju sweets), the Kaimeiro music box shop and the Ogasawara photo studio.
